Short, clearly-narrated videos explain how to correctly perform your prescribed MSK exercises, allowing you to complete them whenever and wherever you want - at home, at work or anywhere you are comfortable.

Your Doctor of Physical Therapy will personally develop a care plan that’s specific to you and your body after your initial assessment .
